DEPOSIT POLICIES:

$500 deposit is required for all weekly cottage rentals.
$200 deposit is required for all daily cottage rentals.
$100 of the deposits are non-refunable. With 2 month's notice, the balance of the deposits are refundable once we are able to re-rent the unit out to another party. 

With less than 48hrs notice, you are responsible for the entire amount of your reservation, if we are unable to rent unit to 3rd party.

Manitoulin Island has unusual flora and extraordinary wildlife, such as whitetail deer, bear, loons, and a large variety of bird species.
