Deposit Policies:
$500 deposit is necessary for all weekly cabin rentals.
$200 deposit is necessary for all daily cabin rentals.
Cancellations:
Motels - 1 week notice must be given for cancellation. Otherwise, one night's room rate will be charged onto your credit card.
Cottages - 60 days notice must be given, otherwise deposits (less $100) will be refunded only once same Cottage is re-rent for same dates and same rate. With less than 48hrs notice, you will be responsible for the entire week's charge.
