Non Smoking. All units are nonsmoking ... thank you for your cooperation.
Deposit Policies:
$500 deposit is necessary for all weekly cabin rentals.
$200 deposit is necessary for all daily cottage rentals.
Cancellations:
Motels - 1 week notice must be given for cancellation. Otherwise, one night's room rate will be charged onto your credit card.
Cottages - 60 days notice must be given, otherwise deposits (less $100) will be refunded only once same Cottage is re-rent for same dates and same rate. With less than 7 days notice, you are responsible for the entire week's rental rate, if we are unable to rent it to another party.
