Deposit Policies:
$500 deposit is necessary for all weekly cabin rentals.
$200 deposit is necessary for all daily cottage rentals.
Cancellations:
Motels - 1 week notice must be given for cancellation. Otherwise, one night's room rate will be charged onto your credit card.
Cottages - 60 days notice must be given, otherwise deposits (less $100) will be refunded only once same Cottage is re-rent for same dates and same rate. With less than 15 days notice, you are responsible for the entire week's rental rate, if we are unable to rent it to another party.
